In Plain English: We never sell your personal data, we never monetize your video assets, and we never use your private media to train public AI foundation models. Your videos are processed ephemerally on global edge workers and encrypted at rest in your private vault.

1. Overview & Commitment
Monograf Inc. ("Monograf," "we," "us," or "our") provides an automated vertical video transcoding and multi-channel distribution platform for digital content creators, media agencies, and podcasters.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you access our website (monograf.ai), use our web applications, or connect your social video distribution channels via our API gateways.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to execute your automated video workflows:
- Account Identification: Name, email address, avatar, and authentication identifiers provided through Supabase Auth / Google OAuth.
- Channel Credentials & Tokens: Scoped OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens necessary to poll your YouTube RSS feeds and dispatch authorized video posts to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Telemetry & Transcoding Logs: Anonymized processing durations, resolution metrics, and API response latencies to ensure infrastructure uptime.
3. YouTube & Social Platform API Compliance
Monograf's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When connecting your YouTube channel, we access only the video feeds you explicitly designate for repurposing. You may revoke Monograf’s access at any time via the Google Security Settings page or directly from your Monograf Dashboard.
4. Ephemeral Video Processing & AI Ethics
Video files ingested into the Monograf pipeline for watermark erasure, AI reframe, and audio subtitle generation are processed ephemerally in RAM on distributed edge nodes.
We do not maintain unauthorized copies of your media once the transcode and distribution workflow completes. We do not use your proprietary video, audio, or likeness to train generative AI models.
5. Storage & Cloud Security
All customer video vaults and metadata are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Master video assets are stored on zero-egress Cloudflare R2 storage located in regional SOC-2 Type II certified data centers.
6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global)
Depending on your geographic location, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, request permanent deletion of your account and associated media, or export your video archives in standard formats.
