In Plain English: You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all video assets, audio stems, subtitles, and branding materials processed through Monograf. We claim zero copyright or intellectual property rights over your media.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Monograf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or media entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any videos, images, audio, and metadata uploaded to or processed through the Service ("Customer Content").
You grant Monograf a non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to the extent necessary to perform the automated video transcoding, AI reframe, watermark inpaint, and multi-channel publication services on your behalf.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process or distribute content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
- Distribute unlawful, defamatory, malicious, or abusive media.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt our global edge transcoding architecture.
- Bypass rate limits, security tokens, or platform API restrictions.
5. Third-Party Platform Integrations
Monograf interacts with third-party social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service:
6. Subscription Terms, Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard billing settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases if you are not completely satisfied with the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monograf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or platform reach resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
